TOPIC:   “Soothe Your Mind & Body Through Dance & Movement”

Is the stress of the Holiday Season getting to you? Do you need time and space to unwind and reconnect with your authentic self?  You are invited to step away from the holiday anxiety, bring your comfy dancing shoes, and join us for an exploration of how the mind and body connect. You will be introduced to the neurological and healing impacts of music and dance by Joshua Lissauer, followed by a movement program led by a dancer/instructor, Amanda-Corrine Corrigan. Embrace the power of mind and movement.  Get out of your seat and dance!

Key takeaways:

    • How neurologically impactful mind and body dancing can be at healing for individuals.
    • Movement exercises that can be used for self-exploration.
    • Relief from any built-up stress or anxiety from the Holiday Season.
    • Discover the role dance and music can play in everyday well-being.

Overall, the program will educate you, help you to relax, release negative energy, and calm yourself. The goal is to help you positively embrace the happiness and joy of the Holiday Season through your mind and body.
