Robert B. Fried is a Senior Director of Consilio’s Digital Forensics and Expert Services Team where he manages, investigates and performs digital evidence collections and examinations. 

Robert joined Consilio through its acquisition of Huron Legal in 2016. 

Prior to joining Huron Legal, Robert was a Consultant at DOAR Litigation Consulting where he provided digital evidence consulting to the firm’s clients in support of litigation discovery and investigative matters. Prior to DOAR, Robert was a Computer Crime Specialist at the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C), where he developed and instructed computer forensic and investigative training courses for federal, state and local law enforcement agencies. 

Robert received a BS and MS in Forensic Science from the University of New Haven, and holds and actively maintains the following certifications: AccessData Certified Examiner (ACE), Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE), EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE) and GIAC Certified Forensics Analyst (GCFA).  Robert is a licensed Professional Investigator in Michigan and is a licensed Private Investigator in New York.
