ICF Long Island - Brown Bag Webinar

Presented by
Cecilia Nelson-Hurt,  VP of Diversity & Inclusion for L’Oreal USA

Developing trust and mutual respect is critical to creating a positive coaching relationship, yet it does not always come naturally. In-line with the ICF Core Competency “Co-Creating the Relationship – Establishing Trust and Intimacy with the Client,” we are happy to host an event focused on the role Diversity and Inclusion play in creating a trusting relationship.

Cecilia Nelson-Hurt

Throughout the meeting we will:

  •  Increase  our awareness of how our own unconscious bias can impact our coaching
  • Enhance our confidence in acknowledging when Diversity or Inclusion issues surface
  • Learn how to adapt these practices in the current world crisis

Please bring your challenges, dilemmas, and questions to share with Cecilia, and the group of coaching professionals.
